Q) Why is your robot only $55.00 dollars? Will the quality be the same as other designer vinyl toys?
A) Our product is every bit on par with all of the high quality designer toys on the market. They are produced by the same factories that produced many of the well known designer vinyls out there. Our toys are availble to our customers at lower prices because we don't go through a distributor. We produce and sell our own designs and sell it through our website. A main middle man (or two) is cut out of the picture which would otherwise make a $55.00 vinyl figure more like an $80.00+ figure once it hits your retailer. In the end, you the customer wins out. You get a high quality designer vinyl figure and not have to pay typical designer vinyl prices.
Q) The shipping sometimes seem a bit high is there a more cheaper way to ship my toys?
A) We are continually making efforts to find economical ways to lower customers shipping cost. The truth of the matter is we do not make ANY profits on shipping. All shipping rates are directly from USPS and UPS. There is also our cost in man hours, shipping supplies and that's not factoring in current fuel costs.This comes in the form of our $2.00 handling charge. Our figure is not small and it does have some weight. We also want to make sure that your packages are sent using reliable services. Most if not all packages leaving our location is sent out insured with a signature requirement to insure that it's delivered to the correct party.
Q) Is Paypal the only way you can accept payments?
A) At this time yes. As we grow we hope to have the ability to accept credit card payments directly through our website.
Q) What is your return policy.
A) We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply ship the unopened item back to us and we will issue a refund via paypal (less shipping and paypal fees). As a note we check each items outward appearance before shipping as a last line of quality control. We are also collectors and we will NOT ship an item to a customer that we would not accept ourselves in our collection. We are a small company and most of the time Robert himself packs the orders shipping out.
Q) I just placed an order but instead of sending it to the address on my Paypal account can you send it to my work address instead?
A) Unfortunately we can only mail your order/s to the address indicated on your paypal account. This protects both us and the customers in the event of a Paypal dispute.
If it shows that we sent your items to an address other than the one on your paypal account Paypal will automatically judge against us. This will also prevent unauthorized people from successfully committing fraudulent purchases using your account.
Q) I live in Europe and would like to place an order. Is it possible to have the package marked as a "gift" for the declared value?
A) We are sorry but that is against the law here in the US (a federal offense) and since we use a UPS/USPS business account it would come under immediate suspicion. We simply will not risk violating any laws.This applies to all International Orders.
